NTCICs Face Book: Meet Our Staff Visiting the CohnReznick Conference in Miami

Written By: NTCIC

As the industry prepares for the announcement of the next round of New Markets Tax Credit allocation, CohnReznick will be hosting their annual conference in Miami, FL from May 13 – 15 for which NTCIC is a sponsor. The conference will bring NMTC investors, developers, and advocates together to network and discuss ways to support NMTC investments at the local, regional, and national levels, as well as legislative issues facing the industry. We are thrilled to announce that our new Chief Financial Officer, Kenneth Fischbach will be joining our colleagues in Miami to participate in this event.

NTCIC is currently seeking NMTC investments to deploy our remaining allocation.  Ideal investments support the rehabilitation of historic buildings, are located in distressed communities, and provide meaningful community impacts such as:

  • quality jobs
  • educational opportunities
  • healthy food opportunities
  • below-market space for nonprofit organization and small businesses
  • and more

Over the course of three days, NTCIC will be engaged in multiple conference sessions and activities. Conference attendees are invited to meet NTCIC team members to discuss eligible NMTC projects. NTCIC representatives attending this conference include:
